Kenya’s promising prodigy, Pushkar Sharma is all set to flex his cricketing minds in the inaugural season of Swaminarayan Pro20 kicks off on Saturday, October 29.
West Indies swashbuckling opener, Dwyane smith, Ireland player Kevin O’Brien, Zimbabwe all-rounder Elton Chigambura, South African opener Richard levi, Sri Lankan allrounder Thisara Perera and England’s former middle order batter Owais shah are all going to feature in this coveted competition.
Six teams – Purple Dot Ndovus, Mafico Mavericks, Mombasa Cement Giants, Play Masters Warriors, Panthers and Mahadev Strikers are gonna battle out for the final triumph.
Pushkar Sharma is going to represent Mahadev Strikers in this event alongside Thisara Perera who scalped Gautam Gambhir in the famous 2011 World Cup final. Perera is their star player.
Pushkar who is coming of from a purple patch, after tonking 170 plus runs against Sir Ali Club, is one of the players to watch out in the megaevent.
The southpaw will be looking to showcase his skillset and bring glory to the Strikers, thereby gain the attention on international scouts.

The Strikers are going to be captained by Kenya’s icon player Rakep Patel. Chirag Sisodia forms under their professional category.
Pushkar Sharma, Krishna Katukala, Hiten Vekaria, and Abdul Najmi are their batters.
Rakesh Hirani, Tanzeil Sheikh, Lucas Oluoch, Milan Kerai. The bowling lineup consists of Gurleen Singh, Vraj Patel, Aum Patel, and Pravin Mepani. Mansukh Jesani is their wicketkeeper and the team is head coached by Lamech Onyangi
The competition will go alongside the T20 World Cup 2022, and is likely to see it’s climax on November 12.
